Meet the Artist:
My artwork, music and entertainment accomplishments have been showcased in Colorado magazines and newspapers such as The Westword, The Bullhorn, Fort Collins NOW, The Denver Post, The Rocky Mountain News, Colorado Buzz Magazine, The Onion plus others.
Throughout college I studied fine art, landscape architecture, English and graphic design. Through these eccentric studies I have learned to master the art of perspective, realistic drawing/painting, and original imaginative painting where I create worlds and new ideas through subconscious thought. I have shown my artwork at local galleries, bars and coffee shops for the past 10 years.
My painting style is currently inspired by pop, graffiti, and animation. Through my experience I have an in-depth knowledge and a desire to portray women’s issues, technology, nature, harmony, and balance.
Mariah Baretta is a life-long Colorado resident and highly involved with the Colorado art, music and design scenes for 15 years. She recently moved to New York and is having great success!
