Faces of the Countess

by Melissa Wimbish

Just having some fun today and seeing what forms the Countess Almaviva has taken off of the opera stage. Here are some awesome finds for your Countess chapel! If you have one of those. Or want to start one.

Philip Jackson, sculptor. Not the coach because he has two Ls I think. This beauty is called, Countess Almaviva.

This is a print of the Count bowing to the Countess. Buy one if you want. I kind of do!!!

A cartoon of the Figaro cast. So. Precious.

Dunkhill’s Countess Almaviva..she goes by Viva for short. Yeah, this is really happening. I think she’s $2500.

An engraving of Signora Barilli in the role of Countess.
