Grace Bumbry does Boston

I envy the Boston area residents who have the opportunity to see acclaimed mezzo-soprano Grace Bumbry twice in the next 48 hours!12-5 5p c Grace Bumbry

The Friends of the Libraries of Boston University are presenting An Evening with Grace Bumbry at the George Sherman Union Metacalf Hall on Wednesday, January 27 at 6 pm.  Admission to the lecture and reception is free to BU students and $25 to the general public.

Bumbry will also be giving a master class with singers from the graduate voice degree programs and the Opera Institute, which is free and open to the public on Thursday, January 28 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm in the College of Fine Arts Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Ave.
