Damn, girl. Don’t let the rags weigh you down. It happens most likely because we’re bloated, tired, and cranky … and there’s also some ripping and tearing happening on your inside. Some of it’s psychological… Geez, what isn’t?
There are lots of really grown-up things you can do to alleviate the side effects and improve your overall vocal state during this messy week when women create permanent plumbing damage across the globe. Try eating less salt — totally helps with the bloating. If you start doing it the week before your period that’s ten times better. Hydrate and avoid caffeine, alcohol, and annoying situations. Exercise and sleep.
And bloody hell — think of how plump your boobs look!
